01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC completion, provided no suspicious activity flags are present.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any processing fees incurred.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method but does not exceed Rp 100,000,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by the User through responsible gaming tools available in the account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Processing times are typically within 5 minutes for verified acco unts, though bank processing times may extend this to a maximum of 24 hours during peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day.

4.4 Currency

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Expiry

Bonus credits that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion (defaulting to 30 calendar days if not otherwise stated) will expire and be removed from your Bonus Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 House Rules
